The University of Swat is a public-sector university in the Charbagh area of Swat District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, established on 7 July 2010, about 20 km from Mingora. It offers certificates, diplomas, associate, bachelor's, master's, MPhil and doctorate degrees across 23 departments on its main and women campuses. It is recognised by the HEC and the Pakistan Engineering Council.
