The NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology is a public university in Multan, Punjab. It started in 1985 as a training centre for the chemical process industry with technical help from the Japanese firm Cosmo and received federal degree-awarding status in 2012. It is linked with the National Fertilizer Corporation and recognised by the HEC, the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners.
