Webber International University is a private university in Babson Park, Florida, on a 110-acre campus near Lake Caloosa. It was founded in 1927 as Webber College by entrepreneur Roger Babson and was one of Florida's early chartered private colleges, initially serving women with a business focus. It later became coeducational and was renamed Webber International University as it added graduate programs. Business education remains its identity, reflected in its motto, 'A Tradition in Business Education'. It enrolls roughly 800 students, including international students from dozens of countries, and offers associate, bachelor's and master's degrees accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Its Warriors teams compete in the NAIA's Sun Conference. Admission is on a rolling basis, so applications are accepted as long as space is available.
