University of the Ozarks is a private liberal arts college in Clarksville, Arkansas, affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Founded in 1834 as Cane Hill College, it is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning west of the Mississippi River and adopted its current name in 1987.
