The University of Bradford traces its roots to the Mechanics Institute, founded in 1832, and received its Royal Charter of Incorporation in 1966 to become the University of Bradford. It has maintained a presence in Dubai since 1998, among the first UK universities to offer an MBA in the country, now operating a Regional Hub at Dubai Knowledge Park that delivers its well-regarded Executive MBA alongside MSc International Health Management, MSc Nursing Studies (International) and BSc Nursing Studies (International). The Dubai campus also offers wider undergraduate and postgraduate options in Business, Engineering, Computer Science and Health.
