Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, part of OSF HealthCare, is a private nursing college in Peoria, Illinois, located next to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center at 511 NE Greenleaf Street. Its roots go back to the St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, which began in 1905; the degree-granting college was established and approved by the State of Illinois in November 1985. It offers BSN (traditional, accelerated and RN-to-BSN), MSN and DNP degrees and is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. It shares a president with Saint Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford under the OSF Colleges of Nursing structure, and has a Sigma Theta Tau honor society chapter.
