SZABIST Dubai, a campus of Pakistan's Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, held its first academic session at Dubai Knowledge Village in October 2003 in the Faculties of Management Sciences and Computer Sciences, later expanding into a new, purpose-built campus in Dubai International Academic City in September 2008 as student numbers grew. It remains the only Pakistani university operating in Dubai, giving it a distinctive role serving the substantial Pakistani community in the UAE alongside students from other backgrounds who are drawn to its Pakistan-linked curriculum and fee structure. It offers undergraduate programmes including the Bachelor of Business Administration, BS Computer Science and BS Accounting and Finance, along with postgraduate options such as the MBA, MS Computer Science, Executive MBA and Master of Project Management, mirroring much of the programme structure of SZABIST's Pakistan campuses.
