S P Jain School of Global Management opened its first international campus in Dubai in 2004, as part of the wider S P Jain Group of institutions named after the Indian industrialist Shreyans Prasad Jain, and it was among the earlier Indian-origin business schools to establish a genuine standalone campus in the UAE rather than a short-course franchise arrangement. Its distinguishing feature is a multi-city academic model, with students typically moving between the school's Dubai, Singapore, Sydney and Mumbai campuses during the course of a single degree, giving the programme a strongly international, mobile-cohort character rather than keeping students on one site throughout. The Dubai campus offers a range of business programmes spanning undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including the Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Communication, Bachelor of Economics, Master of Global Business, Global MBA, Executive MBA, and a Doctor of Business Administration for candidates pursuing advanced research-oriented qualifications.
