The RCSI Institute of Leadership was established by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2005 to create a dedicated centre for the personal and professional development of health professionals, opening initially in Dubai Knowledge Village before moving in 2007 to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Academic Medical Center in Dubai Healthcare City. RCSI Dubai offers postgraduate education, training and consultancy in leadership, management, patient safety and quality, including MSc degree programmes in Healthcare Management, Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management, and Leadership in Health Professions Education, alongside continuing professional development and bespoke training for healthcare organisations.
