Lincoln University of Business and Management (LUBM) was established in 2014 in Sharjah, with a second campus in Fujairah, as a private institution focused specifically on management education delivered in partnership with other academic institutions rather than as an independent degree-awarding body. It offers bachelor's, master's and diploma programmes centred on business, management and healthcare, with a particularly wide range of MBA specialisations, including educational leadership, supply chain management, project and operations management, international management, human resource management, healthcare management, marketing management, global banking and finance, and a Master in Quality Management. This breadth of MBA tracks allows working professionals from many different sectors to find a specialisation closely matched to their career field rather than following a generic business degree. As LUBM operates through academic partnerships, admission decisions, curriculum and certification for many of its programmes are made jointly with its partner universities and schools, so applicants are advised to confirm the specific arrangements for their chosen programme directly with the university.
