Isra University is a private university in Hyderabad, Sindh, founded in 1997 under Sindh Act No. V of 1997 and owned by the Isra Islamic Foundation. It has a 10-acre campus and is affiliated with the Higher Education Commission. It has four faculties: Medicine and Allied Medical Sciences, Dentistry, Engineering Science and Technology, and Commerce, Economics and Management Science. Affiliated institutions include Al-Tibri Medical College and Hospital (Karachi) and Al Nafees Medical College (Islamabad). Its engineering programmes are accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council.
