Dubai Medical College for Girls (DMCG) was established in 1985 by Haj Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Lootah as the UAE's first private medical college and the first dedicated to educating women in medicine. It offers six-year and four-year MD programmes plus a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, admitting around 80 students per year into each MD track. Applicants must pass the College's own MD Admission Placement Exam (covering biology, chemistry, physics and maths) and Multiple Mini Interviews.
