Concordia University Ann Arbor is a Lutheran (LCMS) university in Ann Arbor, Michigan, founded in 1963 as Concordia Lutheran Junior College. It became Concordia College in 1976 and took its current name in 2001. In 2013 it merged with Concordia University Wisconsin and is now that university's Ann Arbor campus. Enrollment was 1,351 in 2023-2024. It is known for the annual Boar's Head Festival, begun in 1977, and for Cardinals athletics. The university cut most programs in 2024-2025, leaving nine on-campus healthcare programs and seven mostly education-focused online programs, and that its former 187-acre campus on the Huron River is being sold to the University of Michigan, so the former address (4090 Geddes Rd) may be outdated. The official admissions page currently emphasizes graduate and doctoral programs in occupational therapy, physical therapy and physician assistant studies.
