City, University of London's Dubai Centre was established in February 2007 in collaboration with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), created as an extension of Cass Business School to bring its internationally acclaimed Executive MBA to the Middle East, and remains the university's only offshore physical presence outside London. In 2010 the centre expanded to add three industry-leading MSc Aviation Management programmes from City's School of Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering. Today it offers MSc programmes in Aviation Management, an Executive MBA, an LLM in Maritime Law, tailor-made executive education and regular high-profile networking events for the region's business community.
