Foundation Public School (FPS) is a private school network based in Karachi, Sindh. Its first branch opened in P.E.C.H.S. on 14 October 1981 with 12 students and 5 teachers. The founders, Yasmeen and Sabiha, had studied educational administration and Montessori training in the United States. Raza Minhas joined them to lease the first building. FPS opened a Hyderabad school in 1985, its Senior and Matric schools in 1996 and its A Level programme in 1998. The school now teaches from pre-school to A Level. Its campuses span Karachi and Hyderabad, with Elementary, Junior, O Level and A Level sections. Admission is highly competitive.
